Psychotherapy is for everybody.

When thinking about looking for therapy for the first time, many people ask themselves, "Do I need therapy?"

I believe that everyone deserves therapy. You deserve a warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental space to express and explore yourself.

I believe that everyone comes to therapy with their own resilience, strengths, and skills and that therapy can be a place to articulate these so you can use them more effectively, build on them, and grow in new ways with support. Whether you've been feeling down or anxious, frustrated with patterns in your relationships, struggling at work, or just feeling "stuck," you can use therapy to reach your goals.

I use an integrative and directive approach to help you better understand how your life experiences, the world we live in, and your identities impact you while also helping you build concrete skills you can use to cope confidently, create more satisfying relationships, and develop a greater sense of meaning in life on a daily basis.

While anyone can benefit from therapy, I am also experienced in treating severe mental illness, personality disorders, thoughts of suicide, self-harm behaviors, and I am especially passionate about and experienced in treating trauma and the mental health challenges which can result from it. Whatever you are going through, you don't have to go through it alone.

I center my therapeutic practice around working toward decolonizing therapeutic spaces, creating a weight-neutral and sex-positive space, and learning and growing daily in anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice.

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations.
